Former Head of Data at both Strava and Komodo Health, Shailvia is a data professional, former software engineer, and entrepreneur. In her career she has had the opportunity to build some great products, and influenced large and small companies, such as Salesforce, Fitbit, and the company she co-founded.

All the products she has worked on had more than 40M+ users, which trained her in the nuances of dealing with data at scale.

Her job is to use data to tell effective stories that inspire action and spur tangible business growth. Shailvi is passionate about fostering equity in the tech industry and is committed to providing knowledge and mentorship to underrepresented groups.
