Water heater started leaking. Called Samco where Lori got service scheduled for the next day!! Kevin showed up on time, worked hard for 3 hrs, cleaned up, took old WH away, checked to make sure water was hot; it was. Paid invoice. Then got a call following morning, Lori informed me I had been charged incorrectly and they were putting $58 back on my credit card. How's that for honesty!
