My hot water wasn't working and I called two different plumbers first to look at it; when they couldn't fix it, I called the plumbing dr. I wish they had been my first call! I ended up needing my hot water tank/furnace combo replaced and Daniel was my technician. Daniel was friendly, professional and a great communicator! He was terrific in keeping me informed on how the installation was going, what was going, what I could expect, and when he was done installing the new tank/furnace, Daniel was great at showing me what all the knobs and buttons meant and made sure I knew how to monitor it and understand how it works. I will always ask for Daniel whenever I have plumbing issues! I could not be more pleased with him and the plumbing dr!
