When our hot water went out at 3PM, I was shocked to hear The Plumbing Dr would be sending someone the same night to look at our hot water heater. Daniel was our technician and he could not have been more friendly, professional, and overall a really great guy! He diagnosed the issue quickly and we got away with a quick, cheap fix. We’ve used Plumbing Dr numerous times and this was the best experience that solidified that we won’t be working with any other company in the future.
