Our water heater was 10 years old, started leaking over the weekend, destroyed our basement flooring, and was done for. Called Beltz on Monday morning and explained the situation. They called back a couple of times and were transparent about what was happening. They had Shawn at our house before noon. I told him what happened. He explained our options, explained products, services, and prices, and we had a game plan within minutes. The fix was exactly what we wanted/needed, albeit a little pricey, but we had a new tankless water heater and hot water again before 3:30. Professional. Honest. Likable. From beginning to end. AND they take care of Veterans. 10/10 would recommend!
