Without a doubt, the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and customer oriented service company I have ever done business with. Performance exceeded my expectations from the ladies answering the phone to the service technicians (Shawn and Mike) that did the work in my home. Particularly impressed that Beltz stocks inventory of parts and equipment and schedules the needed repairs immediately so that customers don't have to wait for their repairs to be completed. CUSTOMER SERVICE, an old fashioned concept that most companies these days have long forgotten, is the foundation upon which Beltz Home Service Company has built a reputation second to none as far as I am concerned. Wish there were more than 5 stars to give for the rating of this company. Customer for life-Bill Naert.
