We asked Dr. Charlie to come primarily to fix (replace) a valve in our shower. But, while here he also tightened a loose component in our toilet, adjusted a component in our bathroom seek that kept it from draining well, snaked the shower drain, and recommended/helped us to lower out water temp since the sinks were putting out water too hot for our kiddos' hands. He was quick, professional, cleaned up after everything he worked with, and kind. We were very thankful for the opportunity to work with him!
