Called to have our AC unit checked in a house we just moved into. My wife was home when the tech came and said charging it wouldn’t fix the problem and it needed to be taken apart and cleaned costing $500. After cleaning she was then told the unit needed to be recharged for another $600. After recharging the tech told her there was a leak in the coil and needed replaced. We had a warranty from the purchase of the house that I called and the contractor they sent said their was no leak. With this and the seemingly high price for work that only took 2 hours we were pretty upset. After speaking with the supervisor, the situation I feel was made better and we have cold a/c. Nice people, little on the high side of cost.
