After a second power surge, we were feeling unsafe at the house. Beltz worked with me on a Sunday and was at the house first thing Monday AM. They called in AEP to coordinate and trouble shoot, covering all bases to get to the root cause. They discovered the issue and the problem was resolved. The relief my whole family felt after all the uneasiness of this whole thing was beyond obvious to all. Big shout out to Eric Firestone for his patience, persistence, and knowledge. ALL the guys and the people in the office have been remarkable to work with: Andy Wellington, Andrew Fitch, Dakota Hagood, Alex Depew, Wyatt Kingery. Apologies if I missed anyone. There have been so many here. To the whole Beltz team—wonderful job! You made a very trying experience bearable.
