15 years ago, Josh Nelson and Dean Iodice had a vision to help plumbing and HVAC contractors grow their businesses by gaining top placement on search engines like Google and Bing where customers were searching for their services. After achieving great success for plumbers and HVAC companies, they realized just how much value they could offer to small business owners and home service companies nationwide and even internationally.

Today, Plumbing & HVAC SEO has grown its Miami-based team to 35+ employees. Although we’ve expanded our services and team, our mission remains the same: to help home service companies increase their sales and grow their revenues by more effectively marketing online.

As an Account Manager here at Plumbing & HVAC SEO, my job is to make sure all of my clients' needs are being met, while keeping their company’s best interest in mind. My name is Alison, but most people call me Ali. Like I just mentioned, my role in the company has the title of Account Manager, but I take pride in serving my clients at a higher capacity. Of course I will ensure all of the simple day to day tasks are being met, but I enjoy diving deeper with my clients and looking at possible ways to increase their return on investment. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. As a Cuban-American, I was lucky enough to learn a second language at home, as my grandparents only addressed me in Spanish. I grew up watching my grandmother create savory dishes in the kitchen which ultimately led to my passion for cooking and baking. You’re guaranteed to find me in one of three places: the office, at church or at the Happiest Place on Earth, Walt Disney World. I’ve always been considered a social butterfly which allowed me to work well with others. My love for people resulted in 2 things. An interest in Psychology was sparked which pushed me to pursue a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University (class of 2016). But ultimately it allowed me to embark on a career path geared towards providing an unparalleled experience for the people I come into contact with. This brings me to you.
