Two events on two days: the first team installed a new water heater for us. The second team spent the day on piping; I didn't check "repair pipe" because they did a total upgrade for us, switching us from 1/2" to 3/4" pipes in an old house where the water pressure was low. The men on both teams were courteous, respectful and efficient. They made sure we understood everything they were doing and why (before and after the work was done), and invited us to check back with them if we found anything later about which we had questions. We would definitely use The Plumbing & Air Service Company again.
