I had two companies come in to repair my HVAC system before one finally said it needed to be replaced. Although The Plumbing and Air company was not the cheapest, you typically pay for what you get. I ended up getting a great system, professional installers, and no issues from the replacement. Again, you pay for what you get, and this company knows what they are doing and has the customer service to back up the purchase. Update: 12/5/2021: when I had my HVAC replaced, I was given a service agreement on the units. This includes plumbing, and just my luck, I needed a plumber tonight. In my great dad of the year pursuit, I ended up putting a screw through one of my water pipes. I called The Plumbing and Air company and got a live person. They contacted their on-call person, and a few minutes later, I talked to Josh. He was on another job but assured me that he would be here after finishing. About a little over an hour later, he called to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. He showed up about 25 minutes after the call. He came in, assessed the damage, explained what he needed to repair it, and received my signature. He was here for about 30 minutes, and I have water in pipes again...instead of my walls. The price was a lot less than I expected, and the level of service was excellent. Extremely satisfied with this company and its level of response, knowledge, and overall professionalism.
