As a first time home buyer, and a first time gas burning dryer owner...we ran into the issue of a gas leak. Nicor came out and recommended we call a plumber for a repair. We called many companies, with no same-day availability, until we called Jim Wagner Plumbing, Inc. The young lady who answered the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable, took down our information and considered us an "emergency." Within 1-2 hours, a repair man was at our home. Jason took the time to describe to us exactly what was needed, then provided the estimate on site. He was able to perform the necessary work quickly and professionally, and made sure to show us exactly what he did and gave us some good insight on what to look for and how to find another gas leak (hopefully we won't need to do that anytime soon!) Could not recommend Jim Wagner Plumbing more!!
