Charlie and Jake came over today to find the source of a leak that stained my family room ceiling. I was almost 100% sure it was coming from the shower in the master bathroom. Well, it turns out that the leak was not from the shower and not even from the bathroom. An A/C vent coming into my bathroom was the problem. There were twists and turns in the ductwork and a large hole in it. During the summer warm air in the house was mixing with cool air in the ductwork forming condensation that was leaking out. What a relief that there's nothing wrong with the plumbing! Charlie and Jake did an outstanding job! They were very polite, explained everything and it didn't take them very long to find the cause of the leak. This is the second time I've used The Plumbing Dr and they are awesome! I highly recommend them.
