Repairman Joe did an excellent job at accessing my problem by process of elimination which I appreciated. He gave me all of my options, explained them to me patiently and then he fix my faucet. He was also a pleasant person to talk to and made me feel comfortable knowing that he would do a good job. Although the company will not accept payment from my home warranty who would pay them directly over the phone I would still definitely use them again and wait to be reimbursed from my warranty. Good work and good customer service means more to me. Thank you plumbing in air hope to be calling you about the other options.
