Mike L. came and checked out our furnace because we couldn't get it to heat up our house. We are first time home owners and are still learning, he was completely honest and took time to answer all our questions and explain everything so we understood and could make an informed decision. There ending up being a crack in the heating exchange and he advised us that it was something that was unsafe. I then called one of Beltz's comfort specialists to come give us an estimate for a new furnace, I explained that I had to go to work in a couple hours and they sent Andrew immediately to come give us some info. Both were completely professional and informative. Definitely recommend!!
