I wanted to write another review today now that our AC is being installed. I can say with with complete confidence this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. In a situation that would typically be super stressful, C&S has made this entire process of getting a new HVAC unit completely seamless. I’ve said multiple times today that this experience seems too good to be true, but they are really just that wonderful. I got home from work yesterday around 5, noticed the AC wasn’t working, called Carney and Son, someone was sent to my house that same night, and they came first thing this morning to discuss financing and then start the job. It’s now almost 6 and they are still working diligently to ensure we have cold air tonight. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I truly feel like they have made us a priority and want to make sure they get the job done ASAP so I am comfortable. I have already recommended this business to a coworker and will happily do so in the future for others as well. Thank you so much to the C&S team for being so kind to us. -Stephanie and Chris
