I came home today to a hot house and instantly dreaded life knowing our almost 20 year old AC was going to have to be replaced. I called C&S at almost 5PM and they sent out a tech the same exact day. Kevin was at my house in about 15 minutes. He was so kind and spent quite a bit of time inspecting the unit outside to see what the problem was. Kevin took the time to explain the issues and show me first hand what the problems were. He arranged for someone to come out and quote us a new unit first thing tomorrow morning. I truly appreciate how much time he spent at our house (it ended up being about an hour if not more) and his thorough explanations. I know he has to be exhausted because it was the end of the day, but he remained alert and professional throughout. I’m hopeful our experience going forward will remain as pleasant as today’s was with Kevin and I’m confident it will!
