How Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile work together
Jonny Schneider Principal, Product Management ThoughtWorks
Which way is right? They all are. This talk untangles what these movements, mindsets, and approaches mean, and helps teams and leaders to choose the right bits at the right times, and bring it all together into one big happy collaboration.
Jonny Schneider
Jonny spends most of his time consulting on digital product development and innovation management, and coaching product teams to do their best work. He’s all about getting to the bottom of stuff, making sense of it, and working with good folk to solve knotty problems. He’s biased to action, leads by doing, and believes that best strategy emerges from execution.
Jonny authored 'Understanding Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile' (O’Reilly, 2017), founded the Melbourne chapter of ProductTank, coaches at Product Institute, and works with ThoughtWorks.
He lives in Melbourne, works all over, and loves a nice brogue.
Don't miss your chance to see Jonny Schneider and many other inspiring speakers at Product 19.
Tickets start at $1195, for two in-depth days with the world's leading product professionals.
