Since using this company to replace my ac units in 2017 they have been nothing but top notch. They are reliable, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly every employee I've dealt with has been so friendly. Late friday my ac stopped working I called them and the lady who answered was super nice and helpful and even though they couldn't get a service tech out that evening they scheduled me first thing for Sat. morning but she told me what a possible problem could be. I had to call back to make sure my phone number was correct and spoke with a gentleman named Eric who then proceeded to tell me what could be the issue and walked me through the steps on how I could check it, which was a huge help for me. With their knowledge I was able to get the system working again. Daniel still showed up right on time first thing Saturday morning and was so pleasant and nice he made waking early on a Sat. enjoyable, he checked over everything and did a maintenance and answered every question I had for him thoroughly and in easy terms for me to understand. This company is just overall great and I will not use any other company for my ac needs. Thank you AAA Modern Air for great service and great technicians.
