Walked into bedroom, squishy, sodden carpet. Rec'd referral from neighbor, called Jim Wagner plumbing.Emergency tech came out late that night, stated work needed to be done next day.Joe, the tech that day, along with a ServiceMaster tech, worked together to locate and repair the leak. There are not enough positive words to describe how wonderful, informative and calming Joe made me feel. He spent hours on the repair, keeping me in the loop the while time, along with reassuring my upstairs neighbor. I am a convert to this company. If, in the future I need a plumbing service, I plan on calling this company, and more specifically/ hopefully getting Joe as the tech. One very nice, knowledgeable, personable, informative and putting you at ease gentleman 👍
