The customer service at this company is exceptional. Donny listened to our needs and made the perfect recommendations to replace our heat pump and furnace. The financing has very reasonable interest rates. Originally, the plan was to send out two crews and replace everything in one day. I was concerned that the house would get too hot for my rescue guinea pigs, so they offered to bring a window unit. However, I expressed my preference that one system be changed at a time, with the heat pump done first. That's exactly what ended up happening. Brian and Ryan were dependable, polite, professional, and thorough in the replacement of our heat pump and furnace. They went the extra mile to make the new equipment work with our wifi thermostats. It's really refreshing to work with a company where the employees are happy and pay attention to their customers' needs.
