Our AC line was backed up causing extreme amount of water to flood through my house. Jed came out and took excellent care of the problem and even recommended solutions to keep this from happening. Very courteous and knew his stuff! I will say I had a problem with my appointment scheduling but the owner took care of it very diligently and with excellent follow up. We had a very good experience with this company and would highly recommend them for their honesty and excellent follow through. A+ Customer Service!
