This company installed a new AC unit our house and does the year-round maintenance for us. They have always been fantastic, but today they have gone above and beyond! Had a power outage and afterward the AC wasn't working. We checked everything and called them after we still couldn't get it going. That was around 7pm. They said they probably wouldn't be able to get someone out until tomorrow, but a few minutes after i called, a very nice tech called back and said he was coming right away. He came and fixed the capacitor that had blown and it was already after 8pm. We didnt have to go without AC for longer than an hour or so. Its july in miami so it could have been much more brutal. Thank you J, and your team at AAA for providing amazing service!
