A section of our sewer line that connects our facilities to the city sewer lines broke. The Plumbing Service's technician responded the day we called, diagnosed the situation, and scheduled a repair crew for three business days later. Their crew showed up on time, replaced the sewer pipe section and back filled the area where they accessed the sewer line. After both visits, we received a prompt invoice and pictures of what they found We are pleased with The Plumbing Service's work, responsiveness, and excellent communication.
