EP 249: Become a Better Boss With Radical Candor w/Kim Scott

December 13, 2017

Earlier this year, Erin and Tom were sitting at a local networking event and the presenter started talking about this concept called Radical Candor. It was a new book that had just come out and it definitely perked their interest.

While we tend to focus on digital marketing topics for our show, we know that a lot of our audience are in management roles and could learn a few things from the book.

So we reached out to Kim Scott, the author of the book “Radical Candor: Be a Kickass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity”, to see if she could come on our show and answer our questions about the topic of “Radical Candor”

The book was released earlier this year and it has now become a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller. In the book, she shares personal stories of her professional development as she worked in Russia, to starting her own company, to running successful teams at Google in how she developed the concepts she talks about in her book.
