Little late making set appointment (I was not a contracted customer) but once they arrived the tech listened to my description of the issue/problem, then verified the same and discovered the main reason for the failure. Due to age of the system he offered a band-aid fix to extend the life of my aged unit as much as possible, and then signed me up for a yearly service contract at what I thought was a great value. I am now a contracted customer! :) Tech was very well-mannered, knowledgeable, and professional. If you're looking....hire this company!
