My interview with Al Levi - The 7-Power Contractor - Plumbing & HVAC SEO - Internet Marketing

I recently had the opportunity to interview the legendary Al Levi for my Plumbing & HVAC Marketing Profits Podcast. He's a really impressive man that has a wealth of knowledge to share with the industry. He helped grow his family Plumbing & HVAC business to over 70 employee's and then did what so few can...he took the time to fully document and systematize the entire business before selling his ownership in the company.

Throughout the process he developed a concept that he coined the 7 Powers of an effective and efficient contractor:

• Financial Power!
• Leadership Power!
• Marketing Power!
• Operations Power!
• Planning Power!
• Sales Coaching Power!
• Sales Power!
• Staffing Power!

He determined that without all of these "Powers" working together it will be hard to truly excel as the owner of a Plumbing or HAVC business. More importantly, without all 7 powers you will never have a business that truly works for you.  Al is a big believer in the idea of running your contracting business with Less Stress and More Success which can only happen when you have fully systematized your business in each of these areas.
