Google Home Services - Expanding to the East Coast & HVAC Services - Plumbing & HVAC SEO - Internet Marketing

Google has officially rolled out Home Services in Philly (now live), is expanding to the East Coast and additional categories (HVAC in addition to Plumbing).
Below is a screenshot of what a Google Search Result is showing in Philadelphia as of this morning:
The other big change is that Google is also showing Home Services for "HVAC" terms as well. Below is a screenshot of a search result in San Francisco for AC Repair:
This marks a major shift in how aggressively Google intends to roll out its Home Services program across the country.
