Robert S. came to our home to fix the Garbage disposal, which had something stuck in the unit. Of course, the unit did not work at all! Robert was very determined that he could fix the unit, even thou…gh, the unit fought him like a tiger! As Robert was working on the disposal, all of a sudden, a dime flew out and Robert caught it! We both could hardly believe our eyes. How the dime was thrown into the unit is still something to think about! In any event, Robert was very nice and personable and knew his business. It is so refreshing to find a company that does such a good job and is very nice at the same time. Also, it was so good, that "All Pro Plumbing" came out to our home within a few hours. The service Technician, Antonio Peters arrived about an hour after I placed the call, quickly diagnosed the problem and made recommendations to fix th…e problem, which was a bad fitting. He repaired the problem quickly, as well as another similar connection before it leaked as well. Antonio had a trainee with him and explained in detail every step in the process and reason for it. There were difficulties getting all the parts delivered early in the day and so the crew worked until the job was don…e rather then quit at a time convenient to them. That meant they worked until midnight in an unheated room when the temperature was in the mid 40's. That is dedication to the job. The job took several days and they took changes in the plans into consideration. more »

The experience with All Pro was very positive from the phone call late on Sunday night to the return call at 7:30 in the morning the next day, to the technician showing up before the scheduled appoint…ment time. The technician, George found the problem quickly and had the replacement part on his truck, he also serviced the heating system and was done by 1:00pm. We have used All Pro before for a slab leak and will not hesitate to call them again. more »
