Attention Denver: If you want a good plumber Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric is the bomb! I had plumbing issues, called the owner Brad last night at 8:30 pm and by 9:30 am he sent a master plumber…, Nate, to my house by 9:30 am today. Nate was pleasant and so knowledgeable. He fixed by problem after thorough diagnosis of all issues related, and back on track. Additionally, the rates were very affordable, and was slightly upgraded at the quoted rate as when Nate got down to business he realized what he diagnosed needed some additional work. However, because he had already quoted me, did the additional work at no up charge. Nate saved my life today!!! It was my toilet and if it were not for Nate and Time, I would be using the corner store bathroom. I have some additional issues, and cannot wait to call upon Time and Nate to come back. Nate and even went through all of the issues I have and he explained them, exactly the issue, why they are happening and the easiest Band-Aid to the operation that would be the solution forever. They are my new single lady Honey Doo call list. Efficient, professional, friendly. And, I got a free gift! Thank you Nate for saving my life today! more »

Wow. After an ironically pleasant phone call (my basement was slowly flooding), Time Plumbing showed up in just a half hour. The plumber, Nate Fisher, was nothing short of exceptional. He quickly iden…tified the problems, informatively explained the costs of repair, gave his opinion on immediately necessary vs. potential future fixes, and got to work. In this, he was extremely efficient. In addition to fixing the problems, he went out of his way to neatly tidy up the entire space before walking me through his repairs and methodology. At risk of hyperbole, Nate is a craftsman—his approach to his work is professional beyond any expectation. I won't be using another company for any plumbing related problems again. I called Time Plumbing based on their ad stating they are recommended by Team Dave Logan and they have an A+ rating with the BBC. I had a flood in my kitchen. Anthony came when he said he would, fixed… the problem in15 minutes, gave me information about slow draining drains and quickly fixed that problem as well. Anthony was a really nice person to work with and obviously very skilled. The cost was very reasonable. I will use Time in the future. more »

Hi Mr. ********, This was a Saturday job, We spent 2 hours and 47 minutes on site plus 34 minutes in travel getting there for a total of 3 hours and 21 minutes on site. There also was about $125 in material, equipment and taxes. This makes the labor rate at about $137. We operate on a flat rate pricing system so you know what it is going to cost before we start the work, sometimes these jobs go better than expected and sometimes a lot worse, but the price always stays the same. We have one of the best stocked vans in the city so he did not need to pick up any parts. Our flat rate pricing is very competitive for our industry and because our technicians are not paid by commission they will not try to over sell things. Thank you for having us make your repair. I am sorry you feel the way you do about our pricing but this is where we need to be to offer quality work with quality technicians using quality repair parts and stay in business. I was panicked when Nate got here. Our ceiling had water stains and I was panicked about the cost and possibility of mold. Nate was extremely kind and talked to me for a few minutes just to help me ca…lm down. He was wonderful and diagnosed the issue quickly. The company is incredibly affordable as well. He was very nice and obviously knowle…dgeable. He not only diagnosed and repaired the leak, but added an additional shut-off valve and upgraded part of the line to copper. I had another plumbing company come out to figure out where the leak in my shower was coming from, it had leaked down onto the dining room ceiling below. The guy diagnosed it as a shower valve issue a…nd quoted me $1400 to fix it, including cutting into my tile and installing a custom remodel plate. I had already called Time Plumbing and Anthony was scheduled to come the next day so I decided to get another quote and waited for him. I tried asking him over the phone if he would give me a quote for the work I described, but he said he needed to see it and diagnose it himself first. I was a little bothered by this, thinking he was just trying to get the call out fee from me....but I'm so glad I still had him come out.

Anthony took his time, went through several more steps than the other guy, and finally diagnosed the problem as a cracked gooseneck for the shower head. A $10 part. I'm so grateful that he didn't pay any attention to what the other plumber had said and instead came to his own conclusion. He saved me over a grand. Not only that, but he was very professional and polite, and he cleaned up after himself very well.

The person on the phone who scheduled me was also the most friendly person I've ever talked to at a plumber/electrician/etc. I'm going to continue using Time whenever I need a plumber. The pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommended! more »

The service specialist JOEL RUIZ that came to my home removed the old and installed the new water heater in a timely and neat manner. JOEL not only did an excellent job by himself, but was also very professional, friendly and considerate as well. A joy to have a service persons like him. It was very evident that he knew exactly what he was doing all the time. When I contacted your company I figured I would use you, and then move on after this install.
