Bought an Angie's list deal for gas water heater. Within 24hrs I was contacted by C&D; plumbing as I did not indicate on the deal a desired installation date. CSR was very pleasant and ask some qu…estions regarding the property and wanted to know if there was any additional work that may be needed outside of just replacing the water heater. Advise that the old water heater was already remove and she disclosed that there may be additional cost for plumbing. I was not ready for an immediate install but the CRS kept in touch weekly. I finally set a date and the tech (Angel) arrived within the allocated timeframe. Angel was very professional and courteous. I immediately showed him what needed to be done ( exhaust vent, new valves and gas shut off valve) and he

provided an idea of the additional costs which I agreed to pay. I'm sure Angel did not expect the installation would take as long as it did but he stuck with it and did a professional job. I would without a doubt use CD Plumbing in the future. more »

I purchased a prepaid coupon from Angie's list. The same day I received a phone call from the company asking me when I would like to schedule the appointment. The day of the appointment, Angel (t…he plumber), showed up to my house on time. He was clean, professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all of my questions and he even asked me which way I would like the spigot to face (most plumbers would of just replaced it and wouldn't of given me an option). I highly recommend Angel and C&D; Plumbing. The experience was pleasant from start to finish and the price was fair. more »

We had a leak in the gasket at the bottom of one of the toilets, so I called C&D; to set up an appointment. It was late afternoon so I didn't expect a plumber to come out until the next day but A…ngel came within 20 min. He quickly assessed the problem but, unfortunately, didn't have a gasket in his truck, so he rescheduled for the next day. He arrived when promised and quickly made the repair and left the area clean and neat. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or C&D; to friends and neighbors. I would definitely use C&D; again if Angel is typical of C&D; personnel. more »

Snaked bath faucet to fix the drain plug that was stiff.

Arrived as promised and got to work. He stated the problem with the drain plug not working smoothly was because the drain needed to be sn…aked. He told us the price. It would have been $150 with out our special deal. I am very happy with the final cost of $75 + $29.95=$104.95. The drain plug is still stiff but that is not the plumber's fault. It is a bum drain plug. However, I do have issue with his pronouncement that my using baking soda and vinegar would damage newly installed metal drain pipes. more »
