September 15, 2016

Facebook has confirmed with Social Times that they are beginning to roll out the ability for users to broadcast live on Facebook from their desktop or laptop – as this feature was only available with the mobile app.

Another Social Times source said that the launch of this feature came about because of demands from journalists and vloggers who wanted this feature.

This feature was first noticed by Danny Goodwin of Search Engine Journal who shared this video from Delilah Taylor.
