Received a callback from them less than 30 seconds after I posted my request for a quote on HomeAdvisor. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Got a call from Tim during the scheduled window sayi…ng he was on his way. He arrived and was very pleasant, polite, and professional. He checked out my problem and offered a couple solutions. He got the parts for the work and made the repair/rebuild to my system for a lower price than I found elsewhere. Just excellent service and people. Great work! Will definitely use for next service!!! 2 other plumbers said that we needed our main water line replaced because it was probably leaking and that is why our water bill was astronomically high. Johnny Rooter came out and evaluated the same …problem but discovered a very leaky toilet and told us that our main water line wasn't leaking and suggested at much cheaper cost that we get the toilet replaced. There was some problems with scheduling as the initial technician had an emergency but they sent another technician in his place who was very professional. There was no mess left at our house and the project was reasonably priced and completed in a good time frame. I would certainly hire them again. more »

They were punctual for the appointment. I had several faucets that needed replacing. The team worked hard well into late afternoon but went above and beyond what I expected. I couldn't have asked… for a better team. A very thorough job and stayed around a little longer to be sure that all faucets were working properly. Although an estimate had been given the week before, they exceeded the amount because of unforeseen problems. Fortunately, the extra cost was not a problem. I am totally satisfied and am looking forward to having them come back for another project that they recommended. My thanks to customer service as well for their very efficient staff. more »
