LTCEP Provides 1st Facebook Live Show for Senior Service Businesses

(July 2016, LTCEP) LTC Expert Publications has completed their first in a series of marketing shows on Facebook Live. LTC Marketing University went live at 3pm Eastern on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, and will continue it’s live broadcasts every Wednesday for the forseeable future.

Facebook Live lets people, public figures and Pages share live video with their followers and friends on Facebook.

The growing importance of live video follows another trend at Facebook: the usage of smartphones. Facebook said more than 1 billion people access its service from a mobile phone each day, a new record. That represented more than 91 percent of the people who access the service each day.

LTC Expert Publication’s Valerie VanBooven says, “LTCEP has always provided live webinars for senior service businesses each month. We decided to up the game with a live video broadcast one time per week. This allows our audience to engage with us on the fly, get more information, and see that video should be part of online marketing for all businesses.”
