Cleared lines of roots.

Anthony called before he arrived and was very pleasant and professional. He tried for over an hour to clean the line near the street with a regular plumbing snake. He was…n't successful and had to call in a truck with a high pressure jet line to clear roots from the line. It wound up costing more than I initially thought it would but considering the problem, the rate was reasonable. He also told me how to keep the line free of roots in the future so this problem will not reoccur.

I care for my elderly father who has dementia and became very agitated during the time the work was being done. However, Anthony remained calm and professional and I thank him for that!! more »

Ok so as a single women home owner, I dread calling for repair help for anything. But I have lived in my tract home for almost 8 yrs and my bad toilets were getting worse. Barely, flushing. Anthony wa…s willingl to come the day I called, but the next day worked better for me. He fixed 2 of my toilets and snaked a slow draining shower. He also gave me really good plumbing issue prevention advice too! I will definitely call them again without hesitation when my next plumbing issue occurs ;) more »

Upstairs toilet wouldn't drain and caused a leak large enough to flow out of the ceiling downstairs. I read lots of the past customer reviews on local plumbers and decided to call All City Plumbi…ng. Glad I did! Anthony couldn't have been a nicer guy and he was very professional in his diagnosis and assessment of the problem. My old house wasn't cooperating and he couldn't clear the pipe, but he kept trying. That's an example of fantastic customer service in my book!

I've used All City Plumbing on three separate occasions over the last couple of months because they do a great job.

Most recently, I had a washer & dryer delivered from Sears and they were …there the same day at the same time to shorten the gas pipe going into the utility room. Then, using their dolly, they moved the washer and dryer into the utility room and hooked them up in no time flat using quality parts. Great job guys!

About a week later the old hot water heater conked out and I had them replace it with a Bradford White hot water heater. In the process they brought the hot water heater up to spec by properly installing the hot water relief valve, which wasn't up to code on the old one. Another great job guys! more »
