Another great experience with KB Complete.............Clinton P. tuned-up our AC system just before the normal Kansas heat could deliver it's August knock-out punch!! Checked some 'noises…39; to make sure they weren't anything...............adjusted air flow to help with sleeping upstairs! Checked the air filter to make sure allergies were OK. I recently purchased my first home and needed to schedule a tune-up for my air conditioner. Not having any knowledge of HVAC units, I was nervous on being taken advantage of by being told I would need… unnecessary repairs. I called around to multiple service centers in the area and the earliest dates I was quoted were over 6 weeks away. The prices I was quoted were high and I was told by almost every one of them that I would need freon. When I called KB, the lady on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She first told me that they could send someone out in 3 weeks and then answered my multiple questions. She told me that she doubted I would need freon and that it was a common upsell and they don't conduct business that way. I was felt relieved after I hung up the phone.

They day of my maintenance, I received a call from the technician, Justin, letting me know that he was ahead of schedule and could come by sooner if I had the time. Everyone likes to hear a call like that instead of no call or a late appointment. I was impressed that he wore shoe slippers as soon as he came in the house and would remove and replace them each time he would come and go. Having just cleaned my carpet, that made me happy. I told him that I had issues with the top floor not cooling off and he said he would see what he could find. He first put me at ease by letting me know that he would be honest and not try to upsell me anything I didn't need and he kept his word. After he was done with the tune-up he showed me the insulation he removed from my blower and that he adjusted some of the vents. He told me that he didn't see any issues with my HVAC and made a recommended cleaning of the vent system but said it wasn't critical. He was very knowledgeable and informative and made me feel at ease and I appreciate it.

Since the tune-up it has been nice and cold upstairs!! I couldn't be happier. I have recommended KB and Justin to a friend who just bought a townhouse down the street from me and they have scheduled an appointment too. Thank you KB and Justin! more »

Most said they would not be able to get a service tech to us for… days, KB was the only one who could make it that day so we took our chances with them. When they were finishe…d, my basement was cleaner than before they arrived!!! Technician Alex F. arrived at the time scheduled and was very pleasant and courteous, even putting slip covers on ov…er his shoes before entering the home. He took the time to review our specific needs and concerns before doing any actual work or inspection. Following inspection, he gave a thorough explanation of recommended repairs/upgrades, insuring we understood the purpose of each recommendation and how it improved the performance of our AC. This was one of the most professional and knowledgeable service visits we have ever had of any type. I strongly recommend and endorse KB Complete. more »

I had at least 5 or 6 different companies bid our new heating, air conditioning and water heater needs. I couldn't find a company that would move the furnace and water heater from a large closet …on the first floor to the basement. Randy came and understood why it was important for us living in a 1950's house, to relocate the equipment to the basement. He made calls to support people and they came back with Randy. They could install in the next week. Chris, Bill, Scott and Justin were the best installers. On time, helpful to each other, happy and were very professional and tidy. They kept me updated on their progress. I am totally please with their work and the best price of the group I interviewed. My daughter referred us to KB Complete and I'm so glad she did! more »
