Next Steps:

• Open up your email from NearbyNow (servicepros@nearbynow.co) and setup your password.
• Download the NearbyNow app on your Mobile Phone.
  • Go here on your mobile phone  - http://www.nearbynow.co/App
  • Or launch your App Store and search "NearbyNow"
• Load the app on your mobile phone and login with the username and password that you setup.

Start checking-in:

• Once you load the app, click "check-in" at the botton.
• Check-in at your location by clicking "check-in" on the top right corner.
  • Type a description of the service that you are rendering (Bathroom Remodel, Fixing Clogged Toilet, Drain Cleaning, Repipe Estimate, Water Heater Installation, etc.). This is important because this description will show up on your website and Facebook wall
  • Take a photo by clicking the "photo icon". Try to take a photo of the service being provided (ex. a picture of the water heater being installed, or the burst pipe). If nothing else, take a picture of the home or business that you are at.
  • THEN, press the check-in button along the bottom.
• Request reviews after each check-in.
  • Click the "Recent" button along the bottom and a list of your most recent check-ins will populate. Select the check-in and then press the "Send A Survey" button. An email will go out to the customer thanking them for their business and asking them to write a review.

DO A CHECK-IN RIGHT NOW (wherever you are). Then follow the process and submit a request for review to yourself. This way you will know the exact steps and see the request for review that will be going to your customer.
