Keys Skills:

- 3-5 years Testing experience

- Identify test needs and output create test strategies and associated materials (test scripts etc)

- Develop and lead the testing process within the Agency

- Deep understanding of Functional, Integration and Regression Test best practices

- Ability to use Jira for managing tasks and defects and an understanding of workflows

- Knowledge of Mobile/Mobile web test techniques and best practices

- Able to liaise with Development team and external/internal stakeholders

- Strong SOW understanding and ability to pick up testing issues from SOW detail

- Tests agency work for visual, copy, functionality issues.

- Tests all websites and applications across platforms and across browsers.

- Tests CMS and other customer management systems.

- Leads their assigned project’s testing phase.

- Works with project team to find, assign, and resolve issues.

- Helps resolve issues by giving feedback to programmers on the possible causes of discovered defects.

- Helps define initial testing needs and allocation of testing resources for assigned projects.

- Help predict project completion based on analysis of issue priorities and counts.

Prerequisites:

- Self-motivated and eager problem solver who establishes good team rapport

- Prior QA experience preferably in a fast-paced agency environment

- Applicant must be logical and methodical and have good communication skills.

- The applicant must demonstrate a strong interest in application development, the development process and web technologies

- Has an in-depth knowledge of testing procedures, methodology and best practices.

- Experience using the latest web browsers and email clients

- Experience using the latest CMS products such as Magento, Silverstripe and Wordpress

- Previous experience of working in a Digital Agency environment or specialist testing company

- Experience in testing HTML, PHP, iOS.
