One thing you have to understand is that there are two types of customers, there is the value seeker who is just looking for the cheapest price. This type of customer is normally hard to please and never really satisfied. If the price is just $5.00 more than you quoted, because you needed to add an additional part, you’ll have hell to pay.

The best customer is the person looking for the best quality, this client is searching for a plumber with a good reputation. Price is not the first thing they look towards because this customers understands the best price brings the worst service. So how do you as a plumbing contractor attract the quality seeking customer who is finding you via a search engine?

Your website must portray a professional organization, so design of your website is actually very important. The website visitor must feel like you are delivering a neat and professional site. Your website must be easy to navigate and have all the information required to get the customer to pick up the telephone and call you.

These give you such a great advantage over all your competitors. It does cost some money to get involved with these organizations but, in the end they will deliver more ROI than you paid for them.
