Internet censorship is control or suppression of the publishing or accessing of information on the Internet. The legal issues are similar to offline censorship. CITED FROM WIKIPEDIA

One difference is that national borders are more permeable online: residents of a country that bans certain information can find it on websites hosted outside the country. A government can try to prevent its citizens from viewing these even if it has no control over the websites themselves. Filtering can be based on a blacklist or be dynamic. In the case of a blacklist, that list is usually not published. The list may be produced manually or automatically.

The problem is more far ranging than most care to admit. Any time we let third parties control our flow of information on the Internet, we run the risk of being censored, or even having our content deleted at a moments notice.

Freedom of the press (Wikipedia) is the freedom of communication and expression through vehicles including various electronic media and published materials. While such freedom mostly implies the absence of interference from an overreaching state, its preservation may be sought through constitutional or other legal protections.

With respect to governmental information, any government may distinguish which materials are public or protected from disclosure to the public based on classification of information as sensitive, classified or secret and being otherwise protected from disclosure due to relevance of the information to protecting the national interest. Many governments are also subject to sunshine laws or freedom of information legislation that are used to define the ambit of national interest.

The censoring of people’s information online, who do no harm, take no advantage of others, and simply provide excellent information concerning different aspects of creating jobs on a different plane of thought, should well be able to accomplish this in the USA today. The freedom for which others have fought and died for should be upheld on the powerful search engines, as in offline business ventures as well.
