Do you love creating elegant, simple, and easy to use interfaces? Do you design in mark up just as easily as others do in Photoshop or Illustrator? Do you love clean, well-structured HTML and CSS? Are you passionate about web standards? Are you comfortable editing Rails templates and writing JavaScript?

We’re looking for an ambitious and talented Front End designer/developer

to work in our fast paced start-up in Notting Hill, London, UK.

We’re rapidly growing and well-funded, with an exceptional application that is shaping the world of fashion styling and shopping. The pace is fast, the work fulfilling and the team brilliant.

You will be our key UX and interface designer and major contributor to the customer experience. We have learnt a lot from our beta product and now need someone to own and lead the next iteration and beyond.

To benchmark you will have:

• 2 years + visual design and hand-coding CSS/HTML experience

• Expert level JavaScript experience

• Full understanding of how to create intuitive interfaces and applications

• Knowledge of Haml/Sass and jQuery?

• Experience for designing for both web and mobile

• Desire to work in a fast paced, iterative, collaborative environment

• Flexibility - we’re a start up so it’s not a 9-to-5 er

• Passion for excellence and vision
