Working within the Creative Services team, you will be collaborating with the Client Services and Technical teams and carrying out the design elements of our various projects. To accomplish this, you must understand and be able to develop and enhance concept executions, taking into consideration not only how it looks but how the design will be developed, worked and used.

• Working with the agency’s design team, technical team and senior management directly to create, conceive and execute designs
• Delivering premium quality design in alignment with the agency’s high standards
• Engaging in the creation of online visual design, typography, visual concepts, logos, icons, and other interactive platform elements

• Identify and seek opportunities to improve the design outcomes of the agency
• Proactively communicate status of projects with the agency’s production team
• Preparation of designs for presentation to clients and involvement in client meetings

//Does this sound like you?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a design role, preferably within a digital agency
• Your portfolio clearly demonstrates experience working with digital, eCommerce and SEO projects
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design
• Very high attention to detail
• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Demonstrable written, oral and presentation skills
• Uber organised but flexible
• Willingness to take on new tasks and expand skills
• Thrives when busy

• Understanding of HTML, CSS and jQuery
• Sound knowledge of W3C web and accessibility standards
• Experience with IA principles and wireframing tools and techniques
• Potential to bring or develop leadership skills the studio team
