• Assist Account Directors with development of project proposals, pitch and sales documents to secure new business opportunities, manage client relationships and agency service.

• Work with project stakeholders to define and document project requirements and objectives.

• Coordinate design and development teams to construct project scope and estimates, resource schedules, delivery milestones and production timelines.

• Liaise with design and development teams to define Information Architecture, including workflows, sitemaps, and wireframing of page layouts.

• Prepare scoping documentation and functional specifications to define project functionality and implementation.

• Manage the creative, design, and production teams to ensure effective and full implementation of the original project scope, ensuring project deliverables are met in a timely fashion and to client expectations.

• Demonstrable knowledge of digital media production processes, information architecture, usability and user-experience principles

• Exceptional time management skill, ability to manage multiple projects and deliveries, prioritise tasks and multi-task to meet milestones and client expectations.

• Solid project management skills – ability to work with teams to develop budgets and detailed production timelines and with proven experience in successfully developing and managing projects from pitch to completion.

• Strong understanding of digital production methodologies, best-practice design and development principles including UI/UX design; information architecture; CSS, HTML, Javscript, Flash, Ajax technologies and the web development process.

• Outstanding organisational and presentation skills

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and Project

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• A proven track record in a digital media project management role
