Currently looking to enhance a newly established division we need a senior UX designer to create their own name within the agency. A strategic thinker who can work autonomously as well as part of a team. As UX Designer reporting to the UX Lead you will identify opportunities to create business value and improve the user experience for our clients based on user research, heuristics and best practice.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multiple teams to define key aspects of a proposed user experience , it’s evolution across multi-channel digital ecosystem, and how it reconciles business and user needs

• Assess existing sites for usefulness, usability, visual design, content and branding

• Facilitate participatory design/user testing sessions, as well as behavioral in-context and ethnographic research

• Create visually compelling representations of the solution’s high-level interaction, navigation and organization design (e.g. concept models)

• Develop sitemaps, process/screen flows and wireframes and present to senior clients

• Define best practice and standards related to persona development/behavioral segmentation, develop user scenarios that respond to key user needs and highlight business opportunities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders

The candidate we have in mind has/is:

• 4+ of professional experience in user experience design or related field

• able to work independently with clients as a project lead or as an individual team member

• highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills

• degree qualified in a design related discipline
