Currently looking to enhance the Sydney team we need a passionate senior designer to create their own name within the agency. A conceptual thinker and a real team player. The creative team at White live and breathe design. You need to too.

A senior designer at White will be able to work closely with the AD and/or the ACD in translating initial ideas & concepts into beautiful, useful and engaging interactive design. You’ll be capable of seeing the bigger picture and understand brand constantly. Strong design skills and the ability to autonomously deliver work of the highest quality is a must.

The candidate we have in mind has:

• 5+ years working in advertising & campaigns, most recently online

• A great understanding of the digital industry, the latest trends and an understanding of how to use this to deliver great creative across these platforms

• A knowledge of UX principles and how to design to them

• The ability to articulate your creative ideas and reasons clearly

• An intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 4

• Strong typographical, graphical and conceptual skills

• The capacity to surprise and inspire everyone around them

• An unwavering and contagious positive attitude

As a senior member of the team it is essential that you collaborate, encourage and support the junior members of the team. This will be across all projects you work on, breathing a fresh perspective across our brands.
