Lemonade is an award winning creative agency based in St Kilda.

We create immersive brand focused, user-centred projects for our stable of much loved clients.

We are looking for a front-end developer to fill a key role in our development team.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can demonstrate they have the goods via a strong folio (we need to see your stuff, sorry can’t take your word for it)

- Can convert PSDs into compliant HTML, CSS & JavaScript

- Has good communication skills, and is a problem solver

- Lives and breathes the web and all things digital

- Has a great attitude and is full of passion and enthusiasm

- Has a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility

- Ideally has experience in mobile sites (if not, is keen to develop skills and knowledge)

- Strong on attention to detail

- Across the latest in web typography

- Is a team player, but able to work independently – you will be working with creatives, devs and project managers.

Your ready-to-go tool-belt includes:

- XHTML/CSS

- HTML5/CSS3

- PHP*- .NET would be advantageous but not required

- Javascript/jQuery

- Wordpress

- Magento

What you will be doing:

- Working with developers on new projects

- Independently developing new projects

- Evolving and maintaining existing sites
