You are be expected to provide support across a range of account management functions; from business development support to assisting our production team.

• Working alongside agency's Group Account Directors

• Devising innovative digital strategies

• Managing presentations and documentations for clients

• Forging strong client relationships

• Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients

• Identify opportunities to grow the revenue from each account

• Monitor account satisfaction and manage account relationship activities

• Write proposals, RFT/RFP responses, contact reports and other documents to support Group Account Directors

• Proactively communicate status of account with Group Account Directors

//Does this sound like you?

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an Account Management role, preferably within the digital sector

• Experience working with digital, eCommerce and SEO services is a must

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Demonstrable ability to write high quality business documents, including tenders and project proposals

• Takes pride in supporting high–performance teams

• Uber organised but flexible

• Willingness to take on new tasks

• Thrives when busy

• Professional and polished phone skills and verbal communication
