LTC Expert Publications LLC is officially implementing a support desk and support team within our organization to better meet our customers’ needs.
Moving forward we request that all questions, inquiries, blog content items, issues, problems, requests and information be directed to: http://ltcexpert.zendesk.com/home
In the past, all inquiries had been directed to Valerie VanBooven’s email address. That will no longer be an option for support issues.
All content submissions for blogs, general questions, concerns, ideas, or requests should be made through this portal: http://ltcexpert.zendesk.com/home

We now have a dedicated staff member who will be reviewing all requests, responding, and assigning follow up tasks to the appropriate members of our team.
This process is designed to document all requests and eliminate any bottle-necks in the system.
