What the organizers said

John Allsopp, co-founder of Web Directions says

Despite the economy, and this being our first time in Atlanta, Web Directions was an amazing success. The number of attendees was excellent, support from partners fantastic, the enthusiasm from the Atlanta web design and development community humbling, and the energy and response from the audience as good as anywhere we've seen.

We're already planning Web Directions USA for Atlanta in 2011, and can't wait to be back.

With Atlanta Web Design Group, AIGA Atlanta, and a number of other Atlanta based web industry and community groups, we put together the first ever Atlanta Web Week. And, we're planning a bigger and better web week for 2011. A huge thanks to J Cornelius for his pivotal role in putting the week together.
